Operations & Accounts Manager
Kgalalelo oversees and analyse overall efficacy of the company and ensures things are running smoothly. Responsible for generating sales among client accounts, including up selling and cross-selling. Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers. Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts and makes sure clients receive requested services in a timely fashion.
